You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order if your item arrives damaged or defective.

To be eligible:
• Must be in original packaging
• Proof of damage (photo/video) is required

Once approved, we will offer either:
• A replacement at no extra cost, or
• A full refund to your original payment method

Please note:
• Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items
• We do not accept returns for change of mind
